Where: Thakhek – Vientiane – Luang Prabang
Professional artists coming from: Laos - Vietnam - Thailand - Cambodia - Myanmar - Singapore - France
Amateur artists: 30 people from Thakhek, Vientiane, and Luang Prabang.
International artists: from 20 to 25 persons (work in progress).
Company invited: LAO BANG FAI (Laos), KHAM (France), DEFAKTO (France), ANOTHAI (France), LDG (Viet Nam), SILVERBELL (Cambodia), WONGKOT (Thailand), Raka Maitra, Sze wei Chan, Jereh Leong (Singapore), Ye Niy Niy (Myanmar), and others...
Institutional partners: Lao Culture and Information Ministry, Lao Embassy in France, French Embassy in Lao, French Institute in Paris and Vientiane, International Organisation of Francophonie, Art Network Asia and the National Arts Council in Singapore.
